Dance productions in the outdoor area and public space
What?
For the seventeenth edition of the festival “Dance in the City”, the Compagnie Irene K. is looking for productions that have been created specifically for the outdoor area and public space or that can be adapted to these. The duration of the productions should be 10-20 minutes. Several productions can be submitted.
Since the outdoor locations have certain demands, the applicants are expected a willingness to take risks and creativity in the search for original productions.
The festival takes place in various towns in the border region between Belgium and Germany. The submitted applications are selected by the artistic director of the festival, Irene Kalbusch.
How to apply?
Submission deadline: 15.02.2021
Selection: April 2021

The application should contain the following information:
• The filled in application form
• A video link (Vimeo, YouTube) of the entire production – Trailers are not accepted!
• A description of the production (max. 750 characters)
• A description of the company (max. 500 characters)
Incomplete applications will not be considered!
