Visitors program Highlights from the Lowlands
From 7th until 10th of August Flanders Arts Institute, Dutch Performing Arts and Theatre Festival Boulevard organise ‘Highlights from the Lowlands, a program for international programmers during the Theatre Festival Boulevard.
