Young audiences occupy an important position in performing arts. In order to assess how important, Kunstenpunt / Flanders Arts Institute released a study of the production and international distribution of Flemish performing arts for young audiences between 2000 and 2016, the findings of which will be presented at a meeting in the context of the Krokusfestival in 2017.

This study is part of a larger research and development project about working internationally in the arts and their changing international dimension, entitled ‘Reframing the International‘, which, in turn, is part of the broader project ‘Working (together) internationally‘.

The presentation is part of ‘Does the dance still dance?’, one of the items of the extensive performing-arts professionals programme during Krokusfestival.
