deFENIKS is a sanctuary for the development, research, experimentation, creation and presentation of adventurous, multidisciplinary music theatre. Artistic projects are allowed to slowly develop and artistic talent is given time to blossom. deFENIKS is first and foremost the homebase and workplace of musictheatre group WALPURGIS, but there are also residencies for adventurous national and international music theaters.
