CC Westrand is a cultural centre in the town of Dilbeek in Vlaams-Brabant. The centre, one of the oldest in Flanders, has a regional character: it's a resource centre for the promotion of Flemish culture for the Westrand community of Brussels. Westrand - Cc Dilbeek offers a wide range of theatre, music, comedy, dance, exhibitions, film, talks, outings, events and courses.
