Gender equality and transgressive behaviour

What about gender equality and gender inclusiveness in the arts sector? The unequal representation of men and women in the arts has been a topic of discussion for a while.
Power imbalance and disparity can provide a fertile ground for transgressive behavior. This can include sexual misconduct, bullying, or violence. In fact, it encompasses any behaviour that crosses personal boundaries.
According to a survey conducted within the cultural sector, more than 1 in 4 women and 1 in 10 men have experienced unwanted sexual advances. It also showed that such behaviour is rarely reported.
