Recognising and discussing transgressive behaviour: how do you do it?
Sociaal Fonds Podiumkunsten and oKo, together with Engagement Arts, developed a colour system tailored to the performing arts. In the new e-learning toolbox, Anneleen Lemmens explains step by step how to use this system within your own organisation.
The colour system offers language and structure through six criteria and four colours. Not to judge, but to make situations negotiable and to enable shared responsibility towards a supported policy.
The module is available for free, all you need to do is create a login on the learning platform.
