Save the date: Work on your grant application during our writing tables in Flanders
Are you applying for a grant or project subsidy under the Arts Decree on 15 September 2025? Do you already have a detailed plan but are having trouble writing it out or do you need a sounding board? Would you like to exchange ideas with fellow artists or experts? Or do you have questions about the KIOSK format?
Then come work on your file at our writing tables in various Flemish cities!
What?
During the writing tables, we bring together artists and art workers who are applying for a grant or project subsidy within the Arts Decree on 15 September. We will also invite some experts with experience in writing dossiers, who will think with you about articulating your plans, or help you with your questions.

Save the date: registrations are open from 2 June.
Please note: these sessions are only for people submitting a grant file on 15 September 2025.
- To support as many participants as possible, you can only register for one writing table. Don’t worry, usually everyone gets a spot.
- Not eligible for a writing table, but in need of more info and advice on grants? Get in touch with our info and advice colleagues.
- Can’t attend anymore? Let us know in time: we could offer someone else your place.

- Writing table Antwerp: Monday 14 July, in collaboration with Cultuurloket, VI.BE en VAi
- Writing table Leuven: Wednesday 16 July, in collaboration with Cultuurloket
- Writing table Ostend (during #TAZ2025): date tbc, in collaboration with VI.BE
- Writing table Brussels: Monday 18 August, in collaboration with Cultuurloket en VAi
- Writing table Ghent: Wednesday 20 August, in collaboration with Cultuurloket
