Ithaka ’26: arts festival for young talent
LOKO Culture is proud to launch the ‘Call for Artists’ for Ithaka ’26, the 34th edition of the leading arts festival for young talent in Leuven. We are looking for young, emerging artists (students, recent graduates, self-taught) from all disciplines who want to experiment within the theme “Human & Animal”. The theme explores the intimate bond with animals, but also broader societal and academic questions around care, systems, and ecology.
Ithaka serves as a crucial springboard for emerging talent. We offer selected artists curatorial and production support, a production budget, and the opportunity to show their work to a large and diverse (student) audience.
