Par Hasard is looking for theatremakers, performers, musicians, dancers…

Open call
Par Hasard

Par Hasard offers artists a platform to share a work-in-progress with an audience. The seventh edition takes place on August 28 at the Groot Begijnhof Sint-Amandsberg (Ghent). During this afternoon you will have the opportunity to share your work-in-progress and receive feedback from audience and creators.

What?

Par Hasard is an artist-run non-profit organization consisting of Mira Bryssinck, Laura Vroom and Fred Libert. Par Hasard’s working is twofold: we facilitate our own work and curate work of other artists. Par Hasard connects our own work to people, people to each other; and makes the connections between our work and colleagues, out of a belief in each other and a curiosity about the other.

Par Hasard searches and digs intensively, thinks along, makes, shows, shares and in this way is an active player in the Flemish Arts landscape.

We offer

  • a platform to share your work with an audience
  • a safe and professional context
  • feedback from audience and makers
  • we strive for a fair compensation: depending on the grants we can compensate the participants

For whom?

  • you have a degree in the arts or relevant experience in the arts sector
  • you share a work-in-progress or an experiment
  • your work is suitable for the location (limited technical resources)
  • all art disciplines are welcome
  • a link with the venue is an added value, but not a must
